A Multidisciplinary R&D Team

Our R&D team brings together expertise from multiple disciplines. This combination allows us to understand cardiovascular procedures from both the clinical and engineering perspectives and to design devices that are practical, safe and easy to use in the cath lab.

We follow a structured new product development process from concept to market:
Clinical and market insight
We work closely with interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff and distributors to identify unmet needs and improvement opportunities in angiography and angioplasty procedures.
Concept and feasibility
R&D evaluates design options, materials and manufacturing approaches, and performs feasibility studies using simulations, bench testing and prototyping.
Design and development
Detailed design work is carried out under our quality management system. Design inputs and outputs are documented, and risk management is performed according to relevant standards.
Verification and validation
Prototypes are tested for mechanical, physical and functional performance. Where appropriate, we support clinical evaluations in collaboration with medical centers, in line with regulatory requirements.
Industrialization
